Customer satisaction is priority number one. I make every effort to photograph and describe each item accurately and in detail. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions prior to placing your order. If you aren't completely satisfied (I sure hope you will be), please contact me within 7 days. All returns are subject to prior approval and will be considered on an individual basis. Shipping is the responisbility of the customer EXCEPT when the return is due to flaws in the workmanship (which I would never sell knowingly!). for all other issues I won't be able to refund original shipping or insurance and you will be responsible for the safe return of the item. I'll issue credit through PayPal when the item is safely returned and in original condition.
It all sounds so formal, but I am a mom and I know things happen. Message me and we'll figure something out together.
Shipping and Handling
I ship via the most inexpensive way depending on the package 97% of the time that means Canada Post. Unfortunately CP is not known for their reasonable rates. Because of this I absorb as much of the 'handling' side as I can. This means my shipping (and product prices) do not reflect the packing materials or the trips to the post office. That being said, here at Modern Wednesday we reuse and recycle as much as possible which means we use recycled (but always clean) packaging whenever possible.
Tracking numbers and insurance on packages is always reccommneded but must be purchased by customer.
Simply put: I would never in a million years share your personal information with anyone. Ever. Lick it, stick it, stamp it. No erasies.
